Jaffer Business Systems (JBS) has always taken pride in resolving the most challenging and painstaking issues for our customers. In an exciting collaboration with Crescent Steel and Allied Products Limited, JBS provided an upgrade of EBS and the database. The upgrade was required for the following reasons:

• The previous deployed version of Oracle EBS had turned obsolete, it was making way for bugs, which in turn were causing delays in work efficiency of functional users on a day-to-day basis.
• A bug in the system can cause tens of thousands of dollars in losses and will continue to escalate the longer the company waits to take action.
• Another drawback of having an obsolete ERP with no support is the systematic delay of response time from the system which can be a major risk for businesses.
